Wild Foods Foraging Walk and Dinner

Wild Foods Hike: We begin our day-long event with a hiking seminar where you'll learn to identify wild foods and collect plants for our afternoon cooking class. Box lunch included.
Cooking Class with David Darugh and Patricia Kyritsi Howell: Following the hike, we'll return to the Beechwood Inn Restaurant Kitchen for an exciting afternoon cooking up your foraged ingredients. We will also use farm fresh local foods to round out our wild foods menu. You will get an entire set of recipes.
Wild Foods Dinner: Enjoy a fresh and local wild foods dinner in the Beechwood Inn Dining Room. Local wines will be served with each of the courses.
Cost: Only $100 per person for the entire day, plus applicable taxes and gratuity for the dinner. Lodging at the Beechwood Inn is 10% off for seminar participants.
