Do you love Gourmet Chinese Food? I don�t mean food with funny sauces and a lot of Msg � I mean gourmet! We�ll start with a Hot Appetizer assortment of: Pan Fried Pork Pot Stickers; Pinenut Chicken with Crispy Spinach (wonderful!); and Salt & Pepper Calamari. We�ll have a Crabmeat Salad and an entr�e choice of: Saut�ed filet of sole in a light black bean sauce; or Sliced tenderloin of beef with mushroom/garlic sauce; or Basil black pepper shrimp; or Chopstix chicken. Rice will be in abundance on the table. Our dessert: Mango ice cream with fruit. Chopstix is one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta and each December, I give a gift to our members and myself by creating an event at Chopstix.
