Tasting Sichuan at the Chinatown Mall: Beyond MalaDate: July 13, 2011 ChinaTown Mall With the help of Chong Qing Hot Pot, we'll explore some the range of flavors that Sichuan has to offer, including m�l�. We'll show and taste some the ingredients that make Sichuan dishes unique. We will eat a family style dinner (the only way Chinese should be eaten) featuring no less than 11 dishes! Add Shopping and a trip to the Dinho Market to view some of the ingredients. After dinner, World Journal Bookstore will host us for dessert and tea in their new tea room. Cost is only $28.
