Back to the Chattahoochee River Race & Festival

Join canoeists and kayakers of every age and skill for a race down the Chattahoochee followed by a free festival at Roswell's Riverside Park. Racers will gather at Garrard Landing on Holcomb Bridge Rd. for an eight-mile journey down the Chattahoochee to Riverside Park -- site of the FREE family-friendly Festival, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Advanced race registration available through June 9 ($40 solo/$60 tandem); walk-up registration ($50/$70) available based on capacity until 8:00 a.m. on Race Day. Family-friendly festival includes live music,environmental exhibitors, kids' activities, great food, and much more. Organized by Upper Chattahoochee Riverkeeper (UCR), the National Park Service, Fulton County, and the city of Roswell. Proceeds benefit UCR's efforts to protect the Chattahoochee for the people, fish and wildlife that depend upon it.
