You don't want to miss this workshop if you are serious about taking your dancing to the next level! The three hours workshop is geared towards ladies who want to add great confidence, poise and elegance acquiring the tools to develop fluidity of movement into their dance.

The three section workshop will include: 1) introduction to Cuban motion, stretching, body movement & isolations. 2) Arm & hand styling, posture & balancing, cross body lead styling, creative movement and music interpretation. 3) Spins and stylish intermediate and advanced female footwork that can immediately be added to your social dancing.
